Its standout feature is a large double‑height living room/studio with superb acoustics, making it ideal for music, storytelling, and group workshops.
The property includes four bedrooms (one in a separate annex), three bathrooms, two living rooms, and an open‑plan kitchen/dining/living area beside a stream. A lobby connects to an unheated games room with table tennis and darts. Parking is available for several cars, with additional space near the tennis court.
Guests can enjoy quiet gardens, a bowling green, and a tennis court. A private 30‑acre area of meadows, ancient woodland, and a loch lies five minutes’ walk away and is open for exploration and retreat activities. Scenic hill walks begin directly from the Mill.
